Store Credit or Exchange

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN

All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (21) Days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in good and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@casoboutiques.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. We only offer store credit; we cannot issue refunds back to your method of payment. Your store credit will only be for the items purchased and does not include shipping. Merchandise must be returned within 21 Days from date of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, odor and pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up, or food stains to be eligible for store credit. Merchandise must have all original tags, including Caso Boutique tags attached. Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed and we have issued you the credit. All discounted merchandise cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Bathing suits, hats, bodysuits, and earrings are FINAL SALE. Please allow 3 business Days for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-gift card to use on our website. We do not provide return shipping labels. Any returns that do not fall within these guidelines will NOT be accepted. CASO BOUTIQUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS. ANY MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT APPROVED WILL BE SHIPPED BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. Please mail your return to the following address:

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange store credit/exchange.
